Paradise awaits you at Haiku Mill, where lush vegetation, vine-draped ruins, and immaculately kept vibrant gardens come together to create a stunning historical venue. Haiku Mill offers a spectacular backdrop for intimate dinner parties. Stepping on to our property is like stepping into a secret garden – a botanical paradise that is private, intimate and breathtakingly beautiful. Relics of days gone by grace every corner of Haiku Mill, punctuating an unmistakable aura of romance that permeates throughout the grounds and into our “castle in the jungle.” The old sugar mill has been lovingly brought back to life with incomparable beauty and elegance, and richness in history that makes one feel as if they have journeyed back in time. It is an unforgettable setting that will leave you in awe.
















The Dinner


Seating begins at 5pm, but guests are welcome to arrive to the property at 4:30pm to walk the grounds as the sun sets and the charm of the night illuminates the property.

From 5pm to 8pm, after a selection of light appetizers (known as “pupus” in Hawaiian), a four-course dinner will be served amidst the backdrop of the antique, vine-draped ruins. The menu will be sustainably and seasonally sourced, artfully created, and prepared with intention and craftsmanship.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to enjoy with their dinner.

  • Tableside service of light pupus (appetizers), followed by a four-course dinner
  • Glassware for wine service (guests may bring their own beverages, but water service will be provided)
  • Farm tables, local floral arrangements and French bistro chairs
  • Overhead chandelier lighting and hanging crystals amdist the vine-draped ruins
